Language Empires 5.0

Greetings from Language Empires! Though divided into many kingdoms, we are united in our mission to assist all language learners. Each empire within Language Empires is dedicated to mastering a crucial aspect of communication, where the power of words can open doors to endless possibilities.

Developed by two Speech-Language Pathologists, Language Empires draws inspiration from ancient civilizations to help guide educators and students in targeting specific language objectives. This educational tool, geared towards elementary-aged students, focuses on eight key goals: answering how, why, and which questions; inferencing; vocabulary; predicting; figurative language; and sequencing.

Featuring an engaging interface, vibrant animations, and colorful graphics, students are poised for success in bolstering their language proficiency for academic advancement.

The gameplay is straightforward: players select their roles and embark on a journey to conquer various empires tailored to distinct skill sets. With the ability to choose up to five players who can visit multiple empires simultaneously, the learning opportunities are boundless. Each empire may have customizable difficulty levels within each target area, totaling 400 questions across all locations. Each question is accompanied by an image that contextualizes the query, and correct answers earn rewards that are saved and accessible within individual student profiles.

With data tracking being a hallmark of Smarty Ears apps, Language Empires offers detailed visual data collection through graphs that provide immediate feedback on students’ skill levels and progress towards their language goals. This data can be shared via email or saved in compatible applications like iBooks or Pages.

Showcasing a range of features, including targetting eight different language aims, multiplayer functionality for up to five students simultaneously, comprehensive data tracking capabilities that can be saved and shared, professional audio for all questions, customizable settings, unlimited student profiles for gameplay and data tracking, as well as visual and auditory feedback for all questions - Language Empires stands as an invaluable tool for educators.
